Filling form 131, AP, need help??

what is the answer for this question: *** 3. Class of Admission ***

I came into USA on J2 visa, i am currently on H1 visa.....

we have a approved I-140 in EB1 category

another one:

****1. Date of Intended Departure (mm/dd/yyyy)**** ---------i do not know the exact date..........what to fill???

******Purpose of Trip*****
India: To visit elderly parents and/or marriage of a family member
Australia: To accept Permanent Residence permit

????does this sound good?????

*********** J2 and on cover letter write the item # and explain that you entred on date.. on J2 visa and present status is H1

any date is fine. I put 07/26/2006 as travel date and submitted on 07/20/2006. They approved it yesterday.
 
but once i get AP can i travel to australia.....even though i may not have mentioned it on 131?? (just write that i want to visit india)

or shall i write something mundane like visiting friend in Australia??
 
one more question:

about "A#", i got an EAD as J2 visa holder..EAD has a A#..do i use the same???....if so what happens to my spouse who never had an EAD.....is the A# clearly mentioned on other documents??

---yes you can go to any country.AP is for entry to US

-------------write the A# that is on your I-485 filing reciept
your spouse has her A# on her I-485 filing reciept.

----AP is based on pending I-485

------ yes one can file AP,EAD with I-485( in that situation you dont provide A# as one dont have A#)
 
ginnu...i think you (or someone else) answered in another thread......that since i have my exisiting A# from my old EAD.............i should use it so that i dont end of having two A# in their system......

comments please??

----------------Yes I said that, use your A# if you have. also write on the cover letter that the A# that you are providing on I-485 for or other forms was on your EAD that was issued to you in past based on......

thanks again....now i know what to do..

one more:
do i need to prepare seperate packets for EAD, AP & 485 even though i am filing together??

i mean do i have to send copies of passport, I-140 notice, birth certificate.....with each applications???..............or can i just send one set of all documents and three applications???........

has anyone done concurrent 485, EAD and AP recently??...did you prepare seperate or just one set of documents??

i know to be on safe side....its better to send seperate sets with each application.........suggestions please??

EB based 765 EAD concurrent with 485......do we need to pay attention to economic necessity...see below in ead form???

----------seperate packets for EAD, AP & 485, fee checks at top (dont forget to pay fingerprinting fees)

i think finger printing fee is only with 485 right??..........not with 131 and 765 ??

485 Fee: $395.00.

131 AP --- is $170.00.

EAD - 765----of $180.00
