Filling Fee for I-485

I want to file my wife's I-485. Form says filing fee is 220 + 25 dollars for finger printing which is 245 dollars but when my attorney filed my application he filed 255+50 dollars for finger printing which is 305. Can somebody suggest me what is the current filing fee for I-485.

your attorney id right the fee for the I 485 is as follow


I - 485 = .................$ 255.00

FP = ..................$ 50.00

$ 305.00


is good to send both of this fee together, because if you send the fee for the I 485 and do not include FP the whole application will be rejected..

In addition to the fees, ensure to attach the check in front your application. DO NOT put the checks in the middle of your documents otherwise your case will be returned. Sometimes BCIS do not take time to search for the check.
Three of my friends’ cases were returned; BCIS claimed that check was not enclosed.
I was shocked!!!!!!
