Filling EAD Renewal Application - Doubt

I am currently employed on H1 visa.
Received EAD/AP and travelled using AP. I 94 stamped 'Paroled unitl' & Reason 'AOS'

What should be filled in the form under the columns
1. Manner of Last Entry
2. Immigration status.
