Filling DS-156

Hello,
During 2003 my employer applied for a L1B Individual and the petition was
rejected (note that I did not go for the visa interview at all).
I got a H1B during 2004 and I have provided "N" for " 31. Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa?" of Form DS-156
Now I'm renewing my visa what should I provide for
" 31. Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa?" of Form DS-156
Appreciate any suggestions on this.

I have my H1 from a company "A" in USA. I am still working for my current company "B" in India. I have not resigned yet. I am going for my stamping. In the DS 156 form, What should I fill in the following item as ?

Current Employer ? Should this be the company "A" ie USA company or Company "B" in India.

I appreciate your replies.
