Fill out AR-11

I am in the middle of filling out Address Change form. Experts out there, please help me with it.

What should I pick from:
"I am in the united states as:"

1. Visitor
2. Permanent Resident
3. Student
4. Other ........(Specify)

If I pick any one except Permanent Resident, what should I put on:

"If not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. expireds on: (Date)"?

Should I put my H1B expiration day?

I think you should pick #4 "Other" and Put H1B as status there (if that is your status and you are not using EAD for work).
You don't need to include information on the expiration date.

status - AOS pending
Mention the Alien number from your EAD or i485 receipt

Your help is needed here:

My EAD expires by the end of year 2010
I-140 process is pending
1-485 process is pending
Currently, i am not using EAD to work and using h1b visa to work

Need to change my address using AR-11 form.
Not sure what to fill in the form for these questions

a) "I am in united states as a " ....

b) "I work for ..."

c) "If not a permanent resident my stay in US expires on" -- do I use the i-94 expiry or the expiry date mentioned on the EAD.

b) Your employer's company name and address
c) blank or N/A
