Hey,I won in dv lottery 2023 while I’m in USA,I have E2 visa it’s expired on jan/2024, i want to make a interview in usa but I’m not sure if i will interview in usa maybe yes maybe no.
I’m wondering if i Can fill form ds-260 and make a adjustment of staus at same time ?

When i send the Aos after visa bulletin show my number to USCIS how long process is take to interview them?
For example if my case number is 13,600 and my number is upcoming in June/2023 in visa bulletin when they will schedule my interview?

When you get scheduled for an interview depends on several factors such as when your background check clears, how busy the FO with jurisdiction over your case is, if your FO has a habit of scheduling interviews as soon as they get the case file or they wait towards the end of the FY and process all their DV based AOS applications together.
