hey guys, am married and my wife is oversea and has never been to the us, iwant to file my taxes for 2010, am wondering how should be my marital status when filing?should i file joint, separate or single? my wife is not working oversea, do you think i can be able to do joint filing and what is the procedure and the law that governs citizen/ resident vs non resident for tax purposes. am us citizen? pls help
