Filing Receipt Thru. Diff. Attorney

Hello,

Assume my Labor was filed by Company A and pending for more than a year and now I am with Company B. 1) Can my current attorney, request a letter from SWA asking for proof of pending labor? or the receipt of the labor filed by Company A?

2) With BEC in place and SWA's being phased out, would such a letter be possible to get?

I think attorney on the record or employer can request, company A. Company B or the new attorney wont be able to .. because petitioner is company A and authorized representative is attorney A.
