Filing of I-485 without stamped H1B

I need help. I was used to be on F-1 (my last USA entry (I94) was on F1 in 2005) then I got my H1-B approval till September 2008. I never left USA after that so I do not have stamped H1B on passport. My I-140 is approved in EB2 last year and now I'm eligible to file I-485 (as priority dates are current).

Can I file I-485 without having H1B stamped? If so which I-94 information I should put in I-485 form (my F1 based last entry I-94 or one I received with H1B approval)?

Sure. There are plenty of folks who've become permanent residents despite never having received a visa stamp in their lives.

If so which I-94 information I should put in I-485 form (my F1 based last entry I-94 or one I received with H1B approval)?

The latest one, although I suspect that the I-94 numbers will be the same.
