I am ready to apply for citizenship and I have few questions, I am sure I will get answers from here:)

1. My son is 12 and was born in home country, I know I don't need to file N-400, but how do I apply for his US passport ?

2. We took cruise vacation to Bahamas, Should I include cruise trip in Time outside US? Although there is no stamps on passport from Bahams/US authority, since they only checked GC.

3. I got 2 traffic violation tickets, where do I mention this on the application OR I don't have to report this?

Thanks.

1. His GC plus your certificate of naturlaization and optinally before his passport you can apply for his certificate of citizenship too so that he has his own certificate

2. If you cam eback next day then no need to discplose it since it is considered < 24 hours. Otherwise list it. I don't think IO bother for proof.
(but get yoru cruise ticket etc if you still keep them)

3. My feeling is majority people won't disclose

WBH: Thanks for quick response. One more question: Can I take a short trip after filing application? Or I must wait during the process?

You can mnake a trip after filing, then you add that trip to N400 during the interview.

You can make another trip even after interview and then report it on your oath letter

As long as these trips don't break yoru continuous residencey and physical presence and no violation of any USA laws,
then there should not be a problem
