Filing N-400 for wife

Hi,
my wife and I move to the US 5 years ago after receiving the Green Card. We plan to file N-400 for our citizenship. I am a bit confused about applying for my wife.

While filling up the N-400, the form asked me to enter my wife’s details. Does it mean that my wife is also part of the application and she will also get her biometrics instructions, oath etc OR Does she need to file a separate N-400 application?
I’d appreciate some help.

You each file your own application. Separate forms, separate fees, separate bios, separate interviews.
 
A separate N-400 has to be completed for your wife if she’s also planning on naturalizing. Your N-400 does not cover her, she is not part of your process. Her LPR status is completely independent of yours, her naturalization process therefore will be independent from yours.
