Can my employer file for my labor from a state other then the state where the HQ is located.E.G My employer is located in Colorado but the have a branch office in Motana. As the Lobor process is Current in Montana so can i ask them to file the lobor from Montana. If yes, then are there any prerequisites to be met inthe other state?

Thanx

Yes you can

You would have to test the labor market of Montana (advertisements) if you decide to apply from there.

Is this mandatory for a non RIR

Does he need to test the labor market even if it is a non RIR case?

For NON RIR case advertising will be done under SESA supervision so no Pre Advertising required.

Hello-

My employer HQ is in MA & have local office in Chicago, IL. My employer wants me to get my State Tax deducted for IL while I live in Florida & work in WI.
He told me that it is a requirement to have my State Income tax to be deducted for IL to file my Labor.
Is that correct?

Any suggestions/advise plz.

Thanks,
