I wanted to know whether my employer can file for my Labor from different state then the state they have their head quarters?
My Employer is based in Denver,Colorado but they have branch office in North Dakota and Montant.As Processing is much faster in Montana/N.D so I was wondering can ask my employer to file for my Labor from Montana/ND.
If it is possible,then are there any sepcific requirements that the company should meet ?
