Filing I130 for Parents, is it better to do it while they're in Canada, or file it in the US?

My parents live in Canada and I want to apply for green card for them. I was wondering if it is faster to apply for them to do everything, such as FP and interview in the US, or Canada. Any help is much appreciated.
