Filing I130/485/765 at Local office

Hi,

I am in the process of filing the I130/I485/I765 applications concurrently (married to a USC).
We reside in San Jose and would be filing in the sub office there.

Just wanted to know if both my and my wife's presence is required while filing, or only my wife can go alone to file the applications? (I am currently in LA on work so wanted to see if she could do the filing for me)

Your responses have always been very helpful.
 
your wife can file it on her own or can even mail it to the San Jose office.. But I would say do it in person if its feasible.

also be sure your wife stands in line at around 2 at night to be seen that day.. San Jose has a lot of people queued outside
