I recently got my GC. I didnot inlcude my spouse for some reasons on my application. Mine is EB2 case - priority date Feb 2001.
My spouse has applied her GC through her employer. Her details are:
PD - Jan, 2004.
I-485 ND - Oct, 2004. I-140 approved.
EB3.
Some of my friends suggested that since it will take some time for my spouse's PD to become current, they advised me to apply I-485 based on my case.
Can I apply for my spouse's I-485 at this stage?
Has anyone did this before and what is the procedure?
Can I apply this on my own and do I have to go through Attorney?
