Hi ,
I have a substituted labour from a company (Company A), other thank my present employer( Company B).
I am still continuing with my present employer( Company B).
Company A filled my I-140, two weeks ago.
Is it possible for company to file I-485 for me as a future employee or do I need to change on their payroll?????.
