I cant afford an attorney so decided to file I-140 by myself.

What documents do I need to attach with the form apart from the original Labor cert. employers Tax returns showing ability to pay & experience letter.

Can anyone comment. Thanks

All you degree Certificates
Education Evaluation
recent Pay stubs
Employment letter (saying that you are still employed in the company with salary)
Experience letters
Company financial information

What is this education evaluation. Is it needed if i have a masters from the US.

Also, I was told by someone that we need
1. Bank statement (showing enough bank balance) - this probably is needed for the 140/485 concurrent filing.

I am not working for the company currently so dont have the paystubs or W-2. I have the 2 years tax returns showing the ability to pay. DO I need to attach educational / experience certificates as its a skilled job position as a Technician. As I have the Perm certified so shouldnt that be enough to support I am skilled enough ? Help and replies will be appreciated. Thanks

Educ evaluation depends on labor ad.
You dont need to submit if the labor ad says masters .......
If the job requirement is Bachelors then you need to submit edu evaluation.

I am not aware of bank statement.
