My wife's F1 COS got approved today from H4 (she was on H4 for 2 years), and my employer is considering filing for our I140/485 AOS by the Aug deadline.
Will there be any issues for my wife to retain her F1 while her AOS is being filed assuming she is not planning to leave the country, and not planning to file for EAD?
