Filing H1 and F1 parallely

Hi All,

I am a newbie... so be nice!

I am a software engineer from India... I have 3 yrs of exp and am now am planning to do my Masters in the US. I have also gotten an admission from a popular school in the US(with no aid)

I have another offer from a consultant who wants to file my H1 visa right now and has offered me a 65k USD.

So guys, I want to know if I get my H1 filed by the consultant now, will it affect my F1 visa interview in August, and, if my F1 gets denied, will it affect my H1 chances...

better advice is get H1 come and work. While working you can do your Masters from many popular school (depend on your work area) part time. You can fulfill both the objects.
