Filing from both categories

Hi there....

My parents are here on Greencard..while I am here on H1...(I am above 21 and unmarried)....we came in last year....

Now, if my parents sponsor me for Greencard as welll as if an employer in future is willing to file, can I then cancel the one from my parents?..or would it create any conflict afterwards if employer files for me?

Can the employer file if it has already been filed by my parents??...

I am looking forward to hear for this....

You can certainly file for both. Family based green cards have quotas that are backlogged by many years. You will most likely complete employment based processing in 1-3 years. At the time of filing for I-485, you can request BCIS to withdraw the family based petition. There will be no conflicts at all between these two.

How can it be requested to withdraw family based petition from BCIS.
I mean is there any form for withdrawl?? or can you suggest me about the process..to be followed
