Filing Form N-400 / Suspension of Driving Licence / does it count?

Hi im preparing Form N-400 my question is if i have to put my trafic offence on the form and my driving licence suspension (1 month for acumulation of points)

last question is how acurate dates i have to put for part 7 Time Outside the US
date is fine but to remamber day !!

You have to mention every citation (if you received points for speeding then you were cited and detained. mention every citation)

As accurcate as you can. Remember dont be clumsy with dates, they can always check them up
