My last H1 was processed some 2 years ago so i am not aware of changes in rules. My lawyer is going to file H1 transfer case by the end of next week using Premium Processing option. My last payslip was issued on 1st Jan,2004. At the time of filing it will be 22 days old. I have been hearing it here on this forum that INS has become very strict about that. Do you guys see any problem with 22 days old playslip ?

Not if it is the most recent one available. If there is a newer one available, send that, if not, you can't send something that is not available.
Worst case is that USCIS will issue an RFE, but I would consider that unlikely (but not impossible, sometimes they RFE for things that you have sent).
