Filing for parents, brother and sister - need clarification

I will be filing i-130s for both parents and need some clarification.
Parents are in Africa, so they will be going through the consulate.
My brother is currently in the U.S.A. on F1. He is 18 yrs old.
Sister is in the U.S.A as well on H1B. She is over 21.

1) I beleive I have to file separate I-130's for all of them?
2) Since bro is under 21, but already in the U.S.A., will he have to wait for a visa no. to become available? Or is he considered a dependent on my parents' application? How would this work since he is already in the US?
3) Should I wait for bro's I-130 to get approved and then file for AOS if I need to?
4) How long will it take for all of them to get visa numbers? Sorry but am a bit confused reading this on the state dept visa bulletin

:o

Thanks for your help.

first of all, these questions are asked in this subforum pretty much every day. Is it so difficult to look at the other posts and see that they are identical to yours?

1) I beleive I have to file separate I-130's for all of them?

yes

2) Since bro is under 21, but already in the U.S.A., will he have to wait for a visa no. to become available?

his age does not matter. Yes, he will have to wait for his visa number for about 10 years.

Or is he considered a dependent on my parents' application?

no

How would this work since he is already in the US?
he will have to maintain his non-immigrant status for about 10 years.

3) Should I wait for bro's I-130 to get approved and then file for AOS if I need to?

even when his I-130 is approved, he won't be able to apply for AOS until a visa number is available to him - 10-11 years.

4) How long will it take for all of them to get visa numbers?
immediately available to your parents. 10-11 years for your siblings.
