Filing for I-485 & H1B approval pending

Hey guys !

In the I-485 form, I have to enter the expiration date of my H1B Visa. But I don't know what to enter because of the following reason. Please help me out.

My3 yrs of H1B completed as of June '07. And since my I-140 is already approved, my employer filed for 3yrs of H1B extension in June. And I am yet to get the H1B extension approval. But I have the H1B extension Receipt Notice from the USCIS. So, please let me know what I should enter in the
I-485 form where they ask for my visa expiration date.

Can I go ahead and enter the expiration of my expired H1B ie., June 2007?Anyway, I am going to attach the H1B extension receipt number also? when I file I-485.

Please let me know.

Mention:

Application Pending . If you have the receipt notice, write the # there and the date.

If you have no receipt notice, applied for extension, along with the the tracking #.

My H1-B expired on June 30th 2007.
Extension requested until june 30th 2010.

In I-485 form what should I fill-in:

My Opinion:
I94# : copy which is in my passport (I94# expired on june 30th 2007)
current USCIS Status: H1B extension Pending (EAC #)
Expires on: requested until june 30th 2010

Lawyers suggestion:
I94# : copy which is in my passport (I94# expired on june 30th 2007)
current USCIS Status: H1B
Expires on: june 30th 2007
