Hi,
i just got my citizenship last month and now i'm ready to petition my mom from philippines but the problem is my mom and dad was separated for 5 years and there is a question on the forms it say's MARITAL STATUS should i put married or divorced?the're not legally separated (they didn't go to court or something to void their marriage it just that no communication and they both know that there marriage is over)...and now i'm confused what to put on the status for my mom.
