Filing for EAD card at this stage

Can I still file foir my wife's EAD card at this stage when we are at a stage where we are just waiting for the GC interview letter.
Keep in mind I have already paid $1010 back in Jan when I submitted her I-485 paperwork.

Thanks for your response TRC. I should have been more clear when I posted my question.

Will USCIS charge me additonal fees or I can get away with the fee since I have already paid them $1010 back in Jan and how long will it take? Some say 14 days & some say 90 days.

If you paid the higher fees, you need not pay again. The I-485 receipt date should make it clear.

I'd be shocked if it only took 14 days. I'd expect 90.

Thanks for your quick response. I guess I gotta include couple of more pictures with the EAD form isn't it? What about copies of previous passport and I-94?
I will be mailing it to TX center, correct?

If you filed the I-130 and I-485 with the Chicago Lockbox and question 16 on the I-765 is (c)(9) - then you file this to the lockbox too.
