Filing fees in August

as i understand it now that the original 2007 july visa bulletin has been restored once again and time for filing has been extended to august 17, 2007. applicants whose PD are current as at july 2007 may pay the old fee.up to and including august 17, 2007. If you are still unclear you should check with an immigration lawyer.
 
think it is clear that 485 filing fee will be according to the old structure. But I am not sure about EAD and AP. Any ideas?
