Filing Fees: Check payable to whom- BCIS/INS?

Folks, I have to renew my EAD. For filing fees, whom should I make the check payable to- BCIS or INS? Thanks.

I made mime payable to "Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Servicies". The check was cashed and I received receipt for the application.

Actually you can write either BCIS or

INS. Both are acceptable to BCIS.
