Filing Fee and A#

I'm ready to file 485 w/140. Is it has to be company's check to pay for the filing fee? I write personal check and my company will reimburse me. I'm wondering if that will work. I remember company is required to pay H1B fee.

Also, I don't know if I have a Alien number. The only thing I have is the number on my I94 form (i'm on H1b). I thought I94# is not the A#. Should I leave A# blank in the 485 application?
