Filing extension while I-140 pending-help

I was wondering if I can file my H1B extension through Premium Processing while my I-140 is pending. I filed my I-140 through PP and was received and stamped by USCIS last June 28th but until now I haven't received the receipt.

I'm just concern because my H1B will expire this August.

Can I use the form I-129 through PP?
