I have a concern regarding my situation. In august last year, I have filed an EB3 unskilled through an agency and still waiting for the LC to be processed (about 8 months since filed date). At the moment, I'm working under OPT as an engineer for a engineering company. The engineering company is now willing to sponsor me an EB3 professional and they will start the PWD next month. I'm wondering if it is possible for me file both those 2 categories or I will need to choose one of them? Please help me explain my situation, I would strongly appreciate your help.
