Filing DCF I-130 for Mother - Jurisdiction question

My daughter is 26 yrs old, born in California and living in Argentina since she was 6.
I was born in Argentina, have been living in Canada for 6 years (I am naturalized Canadian).

My daughter and I have been thinking of moving back to California and live there. Since I can make a better income (I’ve been working with Information Technologies for over 20 years now), we would like to make our move
simultaneously, as I will have possibilities of getting a better job sooner.

The questions I have are :

1. If she files I-130 through DCF in Argentina, do I need to go there for an interview or presentation of the form or will they transfer the interview to the Embassy in Canada?
2. Can she file I-130 and I-485 concurrently in DCF Argentina or I need to wait for approval of I-130 and then file I-485 myself from Canada?
3. Do I need to get a Police report from Argentina or having the one from Canada will be enough?

I’d really appreciate if you could take a moment to answer any of the questions.

Thanks.

Hola Chichi2008,
