Filing Citizenship in Jul-from Which state to file?

I have a house in Maryland with MD drivers license and work in Florida (have an apartment in FL, my CPA advised that I should file taxes from FL). where can I file the citizenship from (FL or MD)? Do I need to get the Driver License for FL before I apply. I do come to MD every now and then as I have my house and can't sell it.

If FL is now your home state , try to get a FL DL and submit change of address to USCIS to establish stronger FL residency ties before you apply. You must be able to show that you have at least 3 months of residency ties in the district area before you can apply.
