I worked for Employer-A(from Jan 2000 to Dec 2004) for 5 years and they filed my labor under EB3(in April 2003) and I am back to Employrer-A after working 8 months(from Dec 2004 to Aug 2005) for Employrer-B,who applied labor in EB2.The skills in labor application filed by employer-B & I am working right now are 80% different that are shown in labor petetion EB3.Can employer-A file for a different labor with different designation in EB2 under PERM without with-drawing earlier? If the both labors get approved can I use the earlier priority date?
