Filing an I-130 and a I-485 and I-485 supplement A

I am trying to petition my husband he was previously petitioned by his father inApril 28, 2001 I was told he would be able to receive his green card here in the US since he is still here as long as we filed the I-485 supplant A and pay the $1000 fine my question is should I file all 3 forms together (I-130, I-485 and I-485 supplement A) and also when he was attempting to cross the border he was stopped twice by an immigration officer his picture and fingerprints were taken n he was returned to Mexico how should I disclose that on the I-130 removal,exclusion/deportation, rescission or judicial proceeding. he was immediately sent back.
