Filing a second I-140

Filed I-140 & I-485 using substitue LC 2 years back. USCIS is unable to find the original file still.
In the meantime own LC got approved and I'm planning to file a new I-140 now with my LC. Would there be any issues in filing a second I-140/I-485? Please help. Thanks

Upto I 140 second filing is OK. For second I 485, second one trigger lot of RFE, processing delayed, but get it approved once you withdraw first I 485 giving the proper reason.
