Hi,
My passport has expired and i dont have the new one in hand yet. Can i file I-485 with a copy of my old passport?
-------File and on cover letter write that you have applied for renewal of passport with your country consulate in US and it takes time to get the passport renewal and if they need copy of new passport you will mail them
Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
