Is it prossible to file 1-140 and 485 for wife's in consular processing( she is the benificiary i.e labour was filed for her) and file husband's 1-140 and 485 concurrently in adjustment of status seperately ?
Need more info, are both eligible for I140? Only at the time of 485 you decide whether you want to go consular processing or not. Generally one spouse chooses Cp, the other 485. No harm.
