I work for company A in California. I am processing my GC thru' company B in MI which has branches in Chicago and California. My labor was filed in Chicago under eb2/ undetermined location and got approved. Now, the attorney says, since I live in california, he can file my 140/485 in california and make use of the pilot program. I was under the impression that my 140 should be filed in nebraska.
