Filed labor thru Perm

I filed for my labor last week thru perm in chicago>
is there anyway i can find the status, i tried the phone number listed on this forum, couldnt located the case itself;-)...but i have a case #..any website?

Your HR contact person should be able to give you the status by logging on to the DOL website.
