I am here on H4. I have applied for my H1. But as my husband's H1 was going to expire in dec 2004, he filed for H1 renewal. So my case is I applied for H1 using my old H4 now as my husband got his H1 renewd I got my H4 renewd. I havent yet got my H1. Do I need to do any processing like submitting this new H4 for H1 application or something like that. Also does anyone have any idea how much time does it take to get H1. I check by entering my WAC number but everytime it says that no update available, minimum time required is 150 to 180 days. I applied at the end of sept 2004.
