Filed for EAD. Can i still get H4 for future spouse?

I-140/I-485 concurrent filing. RD Dec 27, 2004 ND Dec 30, 2004.

Company also filed EAD and AP with those.

H1B stamp valid till June 2006.

going to India to get married in May 2005. Can my spouse (future) still get an H4?

---YES, if you still maintain H1 status

Yes, i agree with the previous post. You can still get H4 for your spouse, if you can continue maintaining H1 status ( EAD should not impact your H1 status)
