Filed 130 for F2A

I am currently permanent resident and was filing 130 for my spouse on Nov 23rd 2010.

Around that time according to visa bulletin, the priority date for category F2A was about 6 months but now I noticed on the latest visa bulletin, the priority date was moved back to 2007?

What happened?
 
You were not paying attention. The rollback was forecasted and happened in January but it was made known before that.

my lawyer didn't say anything about the rollback when I filed my case on Nov 23 2010
i guess he just wanted to win my business :mad:
