File US citizenship and have to move to different city

I am eligible for US naturalization / citizenship, after filing the US citizenship can I move to different state or better to wait until moving to new address.

Due to some reasons my moving planned and will definitely move to Dallas area in Sep 2016, but do not wants to apply that time because its President Elections time and also new city all my records past 10 years exist in stlouis, MO..

any suggestions highly appreciated.
 
yes thatz an option. I have consider.. but thinking is there a way I can inform naturalization department itself. I do not wants to take risk.. because address proof and all i need to provide like Paying guest agreement, lease and etc :(
