File transferred to New York From Buffalo

I had applied for my Skilled worked petition from Buffalo. I received my AOR last April 05. Yesterday, i wass told that my file has been transferred to New York for expedited processing..

I am fairly new to this process, so i am not sure what this means. Is there anyone who could tell me what will happen next ?

I much appreciate any responses , thanks. :confused: :confused:

Mine is also transfered to NY... Got letter recently. Seems like they are using NY office's help to expedite processing. Hope will get IA's soon. Have you sent your police clearence's along with the application? I am right now doing that process, thinking that my IA might come any time soon..

File Transferred to NY

Yes. I had already submitted my PCC and my FBI results along with the application itself. So, i think i may just have to wait.

I just got my IA today. I have been waived from interview. I am asked to submit PCC and Medicals within 90 days.

Sweet, after how many days did you get your IA. I mean after how many days after the file transfer did you get your IA.Can you please let me know.

AOR: May 2005
File Transfer to New York: March 15
No update after that. My questions are

1. Since they did not ask for ILET does it mean I got waiver [I wrote wavier letter while applied]

2. How long it is taking to get IA if file transferred to NY?

hi anybody here with file transferred from buffalo to NY recently.

Mine got transfered on June 25th and no update yet.

Any idea how long it takes these days at NY? people used to mention that it takes as quick as 2 weeks before people got IA.

Also will there be any status update on e client when they sent the IA?

Any info shared will be really appreciated.
