File photo at Oath, OCI

Is there a photo taken at Oath that goes into any passport/application? If not, then I would go in informal clothing as no documented photo is needed.

The oath letter asks to bring a) all re-entry permits and b) immigration documents. This includes all previous visa (student documents), passports, i-94 etc?

india doesnot recognize dual-citizenship. Does it mean my passport automatically becomes invalid as soon as I take the oath and do i need to surrender it?
 
You seize to be an Indian citizen the moment you take your oath. I believe you need to surrender the passport (for cancellation) whenever you next apply for an Indian visa or OCI card.
