File N-400 or wait for Direct Mail Program

Hi

I am preparing my documents to file for N-400. I went to the USCIS site and they have a new program starting on Oc 14' 2008. Wanted to touch base if you all had any advice as to wether I should go ahead and file my paperwork or wait till Mid Oct and then send my papers to the new process
 
No need to delay..file now. Even if you file to old address after mid-October, it will be accepted up to 30 days after the start of mail in program.
