File Lost URGENT

MY file was forwared to regional DOL from state omn May 03.
Now regional DOL can not find my file.
State told me to reconstruct papers and they will resend again.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PRIority DATE?

WHAT I NEED TO DO TO KEEP OLD PRIORITY DATE?

Do not worry, It happens often.. Attorney should have a copy of documents submitted to SESA (EDD) , Just resubmit with copy of SESA receipt (with your original PD) & Statement suggesting DOL could not locate file OR if you have received DOL response that file can not be located.. EDD will quickly take a look at your file & send it to DOL.. PD remains same, RD will change.
 
how did u hear about it?
I mean who communicated to your lawyer that u r file was lost?
