File for H1 while on F1 (H4 -> F1 -> H1)

Hi,

Am currently living in the US on an H4 visa and would be joining school in Jan '08 as an F-1. I'm also planning to get an H1 filed in April 2008. Since that would be in the middle of my first semester, I would not have any kind of transcript in hand while applying for H1. Could someone please tell me what kind of documentation is required for an F-1 student to file for H-1?

It would be the employer who is sponsoring your F-1 who is responsible for submitting the required documentation for the H-1b petition.
